Workshop overview
Our safety leadership coaching program uses experiential learning (learning by doing) to create Self Awareness and give your leaders the opportunity to practice new skills. Most leaders (people) have an unwarranted optimism around their own capability. We use video feedback to help learners recognize their strengths and areas for improvement. We create safe coaching environments that help leaders step outside their comfort zone and ironically take risks from a learning perspective.
